Summary	0000281: Repair spoiler on EXY10 rear
Description	rear Spoiler Sub-Assy repair after rusted fell off Spoiler Sub-Assy, Rear /76085-18010 (not newer 76085-18011 model) 1. remove rust 2. glue new nuts 3. paint 4. install spoiler uses 6pcs fasteners: 1) bolt 90159-50276 (4pcs) - rare unique model screw for EXY10 , 2pcs broken -> need replacement , used regular M522mm screw (17mm left in target position) 2) nuts 90176-05017 (2pcs) for thread M517mm fasteners go with plastic spacers 90386-07021 (6pcs) for glass (6mm thick) bolts go with caps 90339-10002 (4pcs)

DigitalMy 2019-02-17 20:04 administrator ~0000748	Use PU glue-sealant "Mannol 2419" (same as for windshield) to paste this spoiler in advance.

DigitalMy 2021-11-05 19:29 administrator ~0007104	under cover screw may go deep to 07-10mm print spacers 8pcs for top D=10mm up to 20mm bottom , inner d=5.0mm L=3mm+3mm for bottom L=3mm+3mm total screw spacer length = 12mm (for M5*20mm)
