2022: right front brake disc - replace (not urgent) /55311-68H00 solid model have got pair of 53311-68H02 ventilated model disk for repair compatible G-brake GR01802 -> currently grinded old disk by angular and left in place right front spherical bearing - replace in nearest future currently installed had-made cut and welded ball joint arm parts, need replacement 0004398

2024-06-06: rust around body, including deep holes -> use modifier Zn -> repair all holes battery near death condition (original 38B19R type) -> done 0007438 front windshield washer nozzle needs replacement /38480-68H00 multimedia head unit needs replacement -> ordered AliExpress 2DIN Android -> replaced 2024-06 done Change liquids in transmission, must be near 80W90 GL5 oil in front, rear and gearbox (3 locations) : Differential gear (original) oil SAE 75W85, API GL-5 , front 0.6L, in and out plugs are 3/8inch square, rear 1.3L (used Totachi 60901 80W-90) , out plug bolt wrench 19mm hex, in plug 3/8inch square, total = 2.0L 80w90 used, Transfer (AT part) original 75W80 GL-4 1.4L Change roller belt tensioner (engine front) - creak /17540-68H00 (with bearing 1330 6909DDUC3 ) , before used Stellox 03-40689-SX , changed to SAT ST-17540-66J00 with press modification of side and bolt /17545-65H00 and main belt 5PK940 damaged 0001316 -> done secondary belt 4PK765 is fine -> even useless bolts are M8, wrench 12mm engine oil changed - Totachi 5W30 (manual original SN/GF-5 SM/GF-4 SL/GF-3) 3L bolt oil drain plug changed (w=17 now), next time change copper washer 09168-14015-000 GASKET(14X20X1.5) oil filter was IAOSEN A061307, changed to NAC 8835 front differential leak right side, use SEAL,DIFF SIDE OUTPUT OIL /27371-53F00 (55 35 11mm) Gasket damage exhaust /14141-83G01 bolts 6pcs M8*25mm 14183-76A00-000 RING cone, SEAL exhaust pipe d=45mm Transmaster P027 Bosal 256-036 Partberry PB120119 Masuma MOS-211 muffler rusted -> replace or weld Changed spark plugs 3pcs Denso XU22EPR-U, installed 2024-10-02, 17Nm torque Not original IXU22C Also damaged rubber seal on coil spring |
