2021: got bad charge ability decided to get new rectifier /32800-42F10 previous number 32800-44G00 32800-44G01-000 Tested disconnected alternator: it makes 13V AC on each of 3 pins , but when running connected to rectifier - they have different levels AC Found crack on back side of rectifier (compound) 2021-07-09 Replaced with new compatible (UP2) one - now charge goes more stable According to wiring diagram, rectifier gives power to battery through starter relay fuse 30A Rectifier has 6 - pin connector: 1 - red - battery power output 14.4V DC 2- empty 3 - ground output 4 - AC input 5 - AC input 6 - AC input GSR400K6_28.png (374,143 bytes) |

2021: Tested H4 55W+60W head lamp - cannot be powered enough - battery discharge is going temporary removed fuse of low beam until rectifier change - after that change turned on low beam back (it might be good to have switch for this low beam) now have 13.7V on running engine with headlamp and 13.9V without headlamp 13.1V on stopped engine (OFF lamp) maybe later try to use new alternator as well as rectifier changed before battery is 2019 Red Energy DS-1209 up to 130A GEL |
