This is AC 3-phase alternator

Bought second hand alternator for 500RUR only.
model is /27060-11281
12V 70A DENSO (101211-5970)

SERA03 alternator has different 3-pin connector,
original SERA01 is round, and this has oval, but fully compatible with engine 5E,
working good after changed connector

27700A REGULATOR ASSY, GENERATOR /27700-74030 /27700-11070 (SERA03 has oval connector; like UTM RN6439A)
/27700-11030 (SERA02; round connector)
/27700-70030 (SERA01; round connector; like UTM RN6436A)
-> replaced regulator with compatible UTM RN6220A -> installed to EXY10-0005136 (to second-hand alternator)

Compatible model UTM EN0731C (YY17K03 NPD10304L-1) has 4pcs "BN504 70210 P" and 4pcs "BN504 70209 N" in pairs (linked by copper bus, which each has "middle" terminal, connected to stator),
where "N" side (upper level) goes to ground, and "P" side (lower level) goes to "B" terminal.

Original DENSO model has 3 diode pairs.
original DENSO rectifier has insulation covered diodes (both levels).

Alternator has 22mm NUT in pulley.
There is triangle aperture on pulley.

5E Toyota engine alternator pulley has double HEX inside: 22mm (nut) + 10mm (shaft) wrench size.
must remove sheave before split casing into front and rear parts (fastened 4pcs nuts, 8mm wrench)

white -> S -> Battery Voltage Sense (Input)
red/blue -> IG -> Ignition Switch (Input)
yellow -> L -> Alternator Charge Warning Light (Output)

Need replace ALTERNATOR BRUSH

with holder (best choice - no soldering - worth buying UTM HN3673A)
newer \27370-75060
older \27370-42010

without holder (just brushes):
newer \27371-70300 (purchased and soldered Krauf AHN0371)
older \27371-63020

Got error lights on panel: battery and heat.

Tested problem power in EXY10-0005136 error battery indicator state.
With no extra load it was 14.65V on battery and 14.75 on alternator B terminal.
Close front lights give 14.50v, and both lights 14.35v.
Acceleration from default 800rpm to 4000rpm does not change voltage.
Off engine gives 13.00V on battery.

Maybe, "S" terminal gives wrong information to alternator, moreover one of wires go to Starline alarm

Have one Sera which no charging battery.
replaced brush, still no charge on EXY10 (red),
have one alternator disassembled for new bearings and one good in stock (garage).
 
need test electric chains by multimeter

removed rectifier and found 2 diode pairs are rusted completely, only 1 pair left working... replaced rectifier from other (old) alternator (total voltage drop is 0.87V)- and it works fine

found cling effect made by rotor inside housing, disassembly pending

front bearing /90099-10160 -> Wai 10-3042-4W d=17mm D=52mm h=16mm (frame aperture D=34mm)

rear bearing /90099-10140 -> Wai 10-2021-4W d=15mm D=35mm h=13mm (frame aperture D=18mm)

M14*1.5mm (front pulley) flanged NUT (W=22mm) /90099-05171 (cannot untwist remove) -> cut and replace, compatible HC-Cargo 191298
