Summary0001333: idle speed too high and loud
Descriptionchecked MAP vacuum line disconnect - it makes idle slow down
Steps To ReproducePossible checks according to manual:
1) Cold start system injector - Leaking
Air induction system
2) Throttle body - Won't close fully
3) ISC valve - Stays open continuously
4) Air valve - Stays open continuously
Electronic control system
5) Manifold pressure sensor (vacuum sensor) - Voltage or resistance are incorrect
6) Water temp . sensor - Voltage or resistance are incorrect
7) Throttle position sensor - Idle contact won't go on
8) Air conditioner switch - Stays on continuously

Problem found in throttle cable bolt - it was adjusted that way sensor cannot reach zero
IDL contact was never closed (always open)
Adjusted bolt - now idle is 800 RPM and IDL contact closed

TPS made by Denso 179950-0361 installed before in Sera
it has 3 pin connector (metal frame mount is not GND):
P01 (yellow-red) = IDL -> locks to central pin in closed throttle (idle) -> directly to ECU
P02 (brown) = GND -> central pin, not closed in normal running mode (1000rpm-5000rpm approx.)
P03 (yellow-green) = PSW -> locks to central pin in fully open throttle (maximum acceleration) -> directly to ECU

Connector on wiring harness /90980-11261
