Motherboard is Netgear ADLCM0515 100314L00-600-G AX
AMIBIOS 786Q
FW X86-V.4.2.15
SN 2LL111RL006AA
Power supply fan is Sunon MagLev KDE1204PKVX 1.6W 12V 40mm*20mm

Failed to connect to device
Tried to locate network interface with Wireshark: no response ... it does not send any packet , but network port LEDs are blinking fine
On main board there is red LED near jumper always on. Have no manual of this motherboard to find jumper correct positions
diagnostic startup menu "boot menu" navigation is fine (Reset button method) , but nothing like reset is going on...
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS-in-Business/ReadyNAS-2100-will-not-boot/td-p/1402870 had similar problem (unresolved), possible because of very old firmware in NAS
Have user manual for model 2100 only
