Summary0000161: M3sto open frame 3D printer steel with build volume 210x300x200mm: frame changes
DescriptionBased on RepRap p3steel ideas
(especially version 4).
3D machine (printer, engraver) frame made of steel 3mm width by laser cut.

Remake frame is going, starting from version 1.
Additional InformationDesigned for:
Arduino Mega or Uno boards (with RAMPS or CNC shields),
Nema17 stepper motors (from 30 up to 48mm length),
Display smart controllers 2004 or 12864 (optional),
LED power supply (350-400W) in metal case,
mechanical endstop switches,
8mm smooth rods with LM8UU bearings for linear motion.

changed F718S : less in size to fit motor Y space, from inner corner to center screw is 40mm both sides, total length 53.6mm

changed F706S : idler Y shaft to be on the same level as motor shaft (the same level is 5 mm above baseline)

changed F701S : width for idlers and motors to be 12mm, the same as X axle

changed F715S : x-axis carriage mounting holes for hotend made on vertical center (44mm) , added bearing holder aperture to F713S (steel belt holder) , made total height 88mm, width 64mm

changed F726S : less width, more height

keep distance between Z-axis leadscrew 330mm,
moved sides (F702S) wider, to Z-motors, 280mm between centers,
added endstop mounting on the left side

added F728S : for 12864 display, 172mm width, 90mm height

added F729S : for 2004 display, 172mm width, 65mm height

single nozzle (E3D v6) X-Y-Z 210-300-200 mm
dual nozzle (E3D v6) X-Y-Z 200-300-200 mm
and extra 2mm safety gap each side after build volume exists...

changed article naming, start from F705A -> change the letter in the end for new parts

assign article F705A (for "main central" front F700S joined with F728S)
changed F705A: removed aperture for RAMPS button, left only 128*64 display aperture,
added power supply aperture to the bottom, socket+switch expected on the right,
F705A: is the main central frame part

changed F710S and F711S: added aperture for M3 nut on both Z-carriage for X-axis smooth rods fastening ,
joined them into one part F705F "z-carriage front"
F705F: set total width 390mm, smooth rod centers 364mm, leadscrew centers 330mm.


changed F703S: extended aperture for PC4-M6 fitting (D=12.0mm),
moved smooth rod latch to front, re-adjusted bearing aperture D=14mm, made mainboard holder aperture,
joined two sides into F705C top cover,
keep leadscrew interval 330mm

F709S: changed shape, moved SD aperture close to display
F702S: replaced with F702L and F702R, after that
joined details of F702S with F709S (frame sides) to F705B (2pcs in set)
F705B: moved extruder motor center to upper level 400mm,
put arrow on side,
added aperture for 80mm fan near motor one,
moved side front to 20mm level,
spool holder shaft made open.



F701S: fixed inner corner aperture position, deprecated after that,
renamed to frame front and rear (2pcs in set) to F705E
F705E: moved y-carriage level to 70mm, rod center level to 64mm,
target bed surface level is 80mm (cool) 90mm (hot),
distance between y-carriage and frame bottom (F705D) is 17mm (belt space)

F704S: joined sides into F705D
F718S: set corner 70*70mm with fastener screw under smooth rods (53.5mm), after that deprecated and joined to F705D
F705S: back to tube or nut spacers, removed extra aperture,
after that deprecated and added aperture to F705D "frame bottom",
the same for F706S,
F705D: changed shape: width 390mm, length 441mm,
added wiring gap near side,
added Y-rod clamp bolt aperture (instead of F708S function)


F714S: changed shape

F730D: added 40mm fan holder frame for F727C

F727C: added double hotend fastener with aperture for F730D

F721S: transformed to F705G Y-carriage

F705J: added part, for M5 nut on Z-carriage. This will be option over standard T-leadscrew aperture.

F705K: added part, replacing F726S

changed F715S : made distance between bearing centers bigger = 62mm,
added Nema17 aperture in the middle, total height 77mm, width 64mm
renamed to F705N, 2pcs in X-carriage,
changed F705N: motor center set 31mm from bottom

F705H added: replaced F712T, linear nuts holder for Z,
total length 360mm

F705I added: replaced F717S, X-axis rods holder, belt aperture 2mm*6mm,
h=82mm above F705H (total 85mm), connecting screw to F705F centers at levels 22mm and 60mm,
connecting teeth share levels with rods: 14mm and 76mm

teeth are 3.0mm*5.8mm / 3.2mm*6.2mm aperture

F705L added: bearing holder for Z-carriage
