1st bought: EcoBike x7 (Hammer replica)
26" wheel 52mm wide tyre
500W 48V 320RPM rear hub motor
8Ah 48V battery inside frame 22650M, with DC-DC converter to 5V USB
controller 22A-max 11A-normal 39V-min throttle 1.2-4.4.V 48V
with King-Meter J-LCD + 3button

nominal 500W , maximum 1000W

Mods to be done:
1. More powerful programmable controller , 48V 2000W , with reverse
2. Extend battery to 12-15Ah LiFePo4
3. Add handelbar buttons for Lights + horn + turn's
4. Add alarm with GPS control
5. Add handlebar panel with:
5.1. headlamp from 10W 1kLm
5.2. turn signals,
5.3. daylights blinking,
5.4. LCD with touchscreen,
5.5. ignition lock
5.6. horn
6. unlock speed limit

Measured speed:
max 40 km/h
Measured distance:
max 25 km
Measured wheel:
D f=670mm (25.4mm*26"=660mm)
D d=570mm (ISO 559mm)
perimeter is: 3.14*.67 = 2.1m one round
From motor specification: 320RPM*60M/H=19200RPH
19200RPH * 2.1m = 40KMH max speed
this is very near test result


spoke front: 2.0mm (14G), nipple 3.2mm
spoke rear 2.5mm (12G), nipple 4.0mm
brake disk 160mm both

burned DC-DC converter for 5V (USB port),
replaced with 12V 3A DC-DC converter, soldered to pin # 3.
Current piout of battery:
1. +48V (41V to 55V)

Purchased rear lights from motorcycle.
It has 4 LED in:
parking - has button on handlebar, the same as front headlamp
stop - need level conversion from 48V
left - has button on handlebar
right - has button on handlebar

Purchased second battery "48V12AH"
bottle has 4 levels with 13 cells in each
18650 3.7V,
so each cell must be 3AH, but it has no label and looks like regular 2600mAh one,
so expect real capacity of this assembly 10AH.

Useful external body area for battery cover is:
L=310mm H=115mm W=75mm
U-shape battery expected, 4 rows (66mm*4=264mm) by 13 pcs (18mm*13=234mm) = 52pcs
area allows to do by 18pcs = 72pcs, but we reduce to 65pcs and leave top place in last row for BMS.
