The password notification DLL C:\Program Files\WIDCOMM\Bluetooth Software\BtwProximityCP.dll failed to load with error 126. Please verify that the notification DLL path defined in the registry, HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Notification Packages, refers to a correct and absolute path (<drive>:\<path>\<filename>.<ext>) and not a relative or invalid path.

-> removed that DLL link from registry

The local adapter does not support Bluetooth Low Energy.

Have 2 bluetooth adapters installed : Foxconn and Intel - they cannot start at the same time. Possible: disconnect one of them.

Found that Vaio cannot switch graphic to stamina mode (Intel). This may be hardware issue.
Disabled AMD adapter in device manager (OS) - graphic changed to "Microsoft adapter" with lower resolution, but not to Intel. This addapter has 6GB memory.

So, I deleted driver from Intel, located
Bus 0, Device 2, Function 0 Intel Sandy Bridge-MB - Integrated Graphics Controller (MB GT2 1.3GHz+)

I tested 2 days with AMD turned off and got no error, but currently cannot change display brightness - it runs 100%.
Need to find low-level brightness manager...
Correct brightness is set in case install Intel HD 3000 driver from Sony, version 9.17.10.2843... and updated to 9.17.10.4229

There is hardware way to disable ATI graphics: unsolder coil R20 near GPU
