Summary | 0000230: Bench power source adjustable in UPS housing
Description | Make adjustable DC power supply with current limit. Add voltmeter and ammeter on front panel Add USB port +5.0V for charger Add fan controlled by temperature (default = off) power source - AC220V with switch on back side Target: multi function device with AC sockets before planned locate in shortened DVDRW housing, but it has no transformator space

Use mini meters (0.28") H=10mm V20D-2P, not 0.36" H=13-15mm (like regular sized DSN-DVM-368). |

Used 3A DIY kit regulator "0-30V PSU" without diode rectifier. It will not work like this, needs AC power. Chip TL081CP next to 100K adjustable resistor 3296, overheating on DC power input or in case solder something wrong, but it works in case AC24V input and correct soldering. So, we have transformer from UPS (APC 700VA) and its body (Back-UPS ES700): use it. Transformer from this UPS (in ~220V) gives 2 outs: 1st: ~23V -> use for kit power supply (gives almost 0-29V DC) 2nd: 7.3V+7.3V=14.6V -> use for battery charger , add diode bridge and DC-DC adapter for 5V socket and microcontroller: Use WiFi board for original 12V relay control AC sockets |
