Summary | 0000224: Make several DC 12V power supply and charger
Description | Have used broken 500W amplifier "Kinter MA-150". Tried remake this audio amplifier into adjustable bench DC power supply - failed (liner regulation is not exact, huge heating) Have used broken UPS APC make voltage regulator and current regulator add meter Use kit regulator and transformator from UPS - it works Make 12V lead-acid battery charger: pass 14.4V to it, like in car, basic UPS has 13.5V charger

Go to more stable output voltage. 150kHz 3A Test factory buck converter with LM2596S and W103 3296. 15.0V in - 9.0V out: 1.23-9.00-9.00 on W103, 15.0-9.0-0.0-1.23-0.0 on LM2596S in case change in to 10.0, there are only 15 to 10 changed on pins above. 15.0V in - 5.0V out: 1.23-5.00-5.00 on W103, 15.0-5.0-0.0-1.23-0.0 on LM2596S in case change in to 10.0, there are only 15 to 10 changed on pins above. So, pin1 - Vin, pin2 - Vout, pin3 ground, pin4 of LM2596S-ADJ connected to pin1 of W103 (feedback), pin5 - ONOFF to ground. pin2 and pin3 of W103 connected to pin2 LM2596S over 470 coil. After pin2 Vout goes to SS34, connected to ground. W103 from 0 to 10kOhm , R=330 Set W103 = 670 , Vin=10, Vout=4.1... Vsense=1.23V |
