1. Install additional heater with remote (Starline) control. 2. Connect seat heaters to remote control. 3. Install seat heaters buttons near shift lever (on middle panel). |

Seat heaters and additional heater - should use additional relay + fuse for power in. A. Arduino Uno main controller B. Relay 5V controlled by Arduino board - power on all heaters (as HEAT_relay ON signal) C. Current and voltage sensor MAX471 - to turn off relay (B) in case below 13.0V power in D. Two transistors for heaters power regulation 1. B+ power with separate manual switch to microcontroller (not after main relay) 2. Voltage single sensor on Cabin lights wire - detect forgotten lights (and manage button LED) 3. Ground - common 4. Battery fused power (installed thick wire) |

Basic seat heater made from 4 pads paralleled, controller is HEAT4 PCB with IRL3103 power transistor, managed by 8-Pin, 8-Bit CMOS EPROM microcontroller 12C509A (3.0-5.5V 4MHz) 2-button (A with label and B without picture) switch 5-wire from 7-pin: 1) normal - connected to pin 6 (unused), pressed A - connected to pin 2 2) normal - not connected , pressed A - connected to pin 1 , pressed B - connected to pin 7 , it is G-in pin and of LED (-) 4) orange = power +12V DC for LED_0 - joined /brown goes directly to pads now. Can be used separately with interior lights only 5) G-in LED_0 power, directly soldered "frame" (-) wire, on board, same as pin 2 7) normal - connected to pin 3 (unused), pressed B - connected to pin 2 both LED (+) comes from chip 12C509A 04I/POJG 0432 It works like this: power in +12V -> led on button A label is on press button A -> main led green, heat L1 (min) on press button A -> main led green+red, heat L2 (mid) on press button A -> main led red, heat L2 (max) is on press button B -> main led off, heat L0 (off) in case power back -> level 0 (off) will be... |
