You need to solder the DC power wires/cables directly to the mainboard. A 5k pot between pin 17 and ground will adjust output voltage. The fan will ramp up automatically with load. Will also run without the fan so all fan mods will work. The additional resistor 22ohm almost silent fan (just cut the red wire going to the fan and insert). But we need IBM 24R2732 Artesyn 7001139-Y000 part as source. Tested that power up goes automatically in case part "7001138" (2pc) connected to "7001139" and you plug in AC220V.
