Summary	0000271: White smoke from exhaust pipe, Suzuki K6A engine
Description	On engine start it makes heavy white smoke. Under exhaust we have non-water oil leak

Gasket, CYLINDER HEAD /11141-73G01 /11141-73G02 /11141-73G03 -> compatible Sanwa Gasket SA123M1 2. heat exchanger (EGR) in VALVE, ISC /18117-67H21-000 located in BODY ASSY,THROTTLE /13400-68H01-000 -> clean and test (13400-68H50 is not compatible TURBO 34C)

Replace engine air filter ELEMENT, AIR CLEANER /13780-68H00 -> compatible Shinko SA973 , JS Asakashi A973J , Mazda /1A09-13-Z40 +CLAMP, AIR CLEANER HOSE /13875-75F00-000 has damaged rusted screw -> replaced with custom some sound happens in ON position near throttle Missing air pipe before cleaner: PIPE,AIR CLNR SUCT NO.1 /13875-68H00-000 RESONATOR ASSY,AIR CLNR SUCT /13760-68H02-000 GROMMET,RESONATOR /13766-78A00-000 restore that resonator + pipe

DigitalMy 2018-11-14 13:36 administrator ~0000709 Last edited: 2025-06-17 21:54 View 7 revisions	Replaced spark plugs 3pcs: PLUG, SPARK (NGK KR7AI) /09482-00527-000 or DENSO IXU22C /09482-00563-000 M121.25mm L=19mm W=16mm -> compatible Bosch 0 242 135 515 -879 (1.0mm gap) installed 2020-07-08 next time use Teflon paste for this thread Spark was Denso IXU22 New spark of the same size is Bosch R6 YR7DC+ : total L=75mm ; thread l=16mm M121.25mm; wrench=16mm ; inner length=23mm ; 23N*m power of tightening middle spark (one) has dark soot (dust) , same as ignition coil above -> replaced NL2 099700-095 Denso it seems overheating goes here (in the middle) or bad washer lets gas come out Coil assy,ignition DENSO /33400-76G21-000 COIL ASSY,IGNITION DENSO /33400-85K10-000 Coil assy,ignition /33400-76G30-000 02K1923 0320 DENSO 3-pin, 03L1220 0334 , 0256 11L3011 2025-06-17: replaced coils 33400-76G2 on cylinder 1 and 2, number 3 left old, which looks fine.
