In OFF and ACC modes: L (blue) line is GND (by maybe relay) |

7.4. Motor 85070-18010 wiper connector 4-pin+1pin: M01: (blue-black) M02: (blue-orange) M03: (blue) = +12V switched by ignition ON, fused 20A M04: (blue-yellow) M00: GND (black with red dots) - separately framed Now in zero position GND connected to M01 and M03 |
|
Switch common wiper with washer, has 6-pin connector. 4 pins: P01. LO (blue-orange) "+2" = high speed power to motor P02. LB (blue-black) "+1" = slow speed power to motor P03. LY (blue-yellow) "+S" = input from wiper motor internal switch (+12V or -12V) P04. BL (blue) "+B" = power input fused +12V , same as go to washer motor and wiper motor 2-pins: P05. WL "W" = washer motor (white-blue) P06. WB "EW" = frame GND (white-black) |

84652-18010 disassembled board has one 5-pin relay Taiko CX-10N (LG CX-ION) = "R1" C1. one capacitor 16V 220mF D1. diode (power to transistor) ZD1. Zener diode , in parallel to transistor output, stabilize voltage level for relay coil. Tr1. C3112 B - transistor making intervals E = (-)V, frame permanent GND EXY10_switch_wiper_inside.jpg (561,600 bytes) |

Relay has in default state "idle" OFF, LO, HI switch positions: NC (+S terminal) connected to +S1 by "COM". Normally open contact on B+ 12V -> supplied to "COM" +S1 first terminal on multiposition switch OFF or INT relay controlled by (-) pin relay (-) pin controlled by transistor Tr1 with ZD1 , cause +B is permanent on relay coil. Transistor has permanent (-), but (+) comes only in case INT1 joined INT2 if "INT" multiposition switch state, EXY10_switch_wiper_board_scheme.jpg (447,758 bytes) |

found damaged by rust magnet in motor /85070-18010 /85070-18020 /85070-18011 /85070-18021 done glue magnet back to enclosure with epoxy putty, made abrasive polish and cleaning, applied "CV" grease to rotor ball-end After this repair wiper works fine in all 3 modes: INTerval, LOW, HIGH |
