Going to replace with used trasmission assembly A242L. Replaced. Used filter SCT SG 1018 (in place of /35330-12020 STRAINER ASSY, VALVE BODY OIL) "New" unit had broken PLUG, BREATHER, NO.1 (ATM) /90930-03101 - taken from old transmission and replaced Replaced, fixed central brake backlash, but got extra blows on shifting. Need extra tests of transmission. -> Need radiator cleaning -> Need full oil replacement Filters: NVI NT016 Azumi JT21387K JS Asakashi JT387K SAT ST3533012020 |

kick shifting to be tested... and should be fixed: A242L-712 ("1985-1999") should have two solenoid (2^2 variants = 4-speed) automatic L trans/axle terminating "A" or "2" in "axle" means free (not locked) differential. used SWITCH, TEMPERATURE /89427-12070 (SERA01 SERA02 EL43) /89427-10040 (SERA03) |

EXY10 has transmission automatic A242L with 2.1. filter /35330-12020 (use SCT SG 1018) -> replacement H&Q 2001-1099 2.2. oil /Dexron II (use THK ATF IID) replacement of filter requires oil pan removal it has w=10mm bolts to be fastened with torque 5 N*m (according to manual) I used 8 N*m force... automatic transmission liquid ATF may be used later For change disconnect hoses from radiator. left line from cooler flows ATF to transmission unit lower input right line to cooler flows ATF from transmission unit higher output |
